We offer FREE SHIPPING, to the Contiguous US (lower 48 US States) on every lock purchase. Any replacement parts order $25.00 or more will also receive FREE SHIPPING. Replacement parts orders under $25.00 will be charged a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee which will calculate at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING will automatically apply to all locks shipped to US Street Addresses via UPS Ground. If your preferred shipping address is a PO Box, please contact us before ordering. We will need to know which lock/locks you are interested in purchasing so we can get an accurate shipping weight for cost. There may or may not be an additional shipping charge.

If you are ordering replacement parts only, these will ship USPS or UPS depending on the shipping weight. If your physical street address is not capable of accepting USPS shipments, please make sure to put your physical and PO Box addresses when filling out your shipping address info. Please follow your physical address with (UPS) and your PO Box with (USPS) so we will know which address to ship to depending on the shipping method.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Ireland, Germany or the United Kingdom, we ship via International Priority Mail. Most shipments are insured.

For all other locations, please contact us. Please provide us with your zip code, postal code or country (for overseas buyers), along with which lock/locks you are interested in purchasing. We will respond to you as soon as we can with the best USPS shipping options available for your location.

We ship from Garrett, Indiana and all orders are shipped same or next business day. If you happen to order a lock that we do not have in stock, it will ship directly from the Lockey warehouse same or next business day.
